- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roll out biscuit dough to about ½ inch thick. Use a round cutter to cut circles.
- On half of the circles, add roast beef and cheese, leaving room to seal.
- Fold remaining circles over the filling and pinch edges tightly to seal.
- Arrange sealed biscuits on baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter if desired.
