Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, lay out the salmon fillets with skin-side down. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne, then drizzle with olive oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, halve and scoop avocados, mash until smooth, then mix in lime juice, lime zest, salt, and dill.
  4. Cover the avocado mash tightly and refrigerate while the salmon cooks.
  5. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, until flaky and edges are caramelized.
  6. Serve the salmon topped with avocado mash, garnished with red onion and dill.
