- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Mash 2-3 ripe bananas until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter, then 1 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add 1 egg and whisk until fully incorporated.
- Fold in 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until just combined.
