Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew ½ cup of high-quality chamomile tea using either loose tea or tea bags and steep for about 5 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  2. Peel and slice a large ripe banana to help it blend smoothly.
  3. In a blender, add the cooled chamomile tea, sliced banana, honey, and milk (or alternative). Add ice cubes if desired. Blend well.
  4. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until smooth. If chunky, blend for an additional 10-15 seconds.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves or banana slice. Enjoy immediately.
