- Brew ½ cup of high-quality chamomile tea using either loose tea or tea bags and steep for about 5 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Peel and slice a large ripe banana to help it blend smoothly.
- In a blender, add the cooled chamomile tea, sliced banana, honey, and milk (or alternative). Add ice cubes if desired. Blend well.
- Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until smooth. If chunky, blend for an additional 10-15 seconds.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves or banana slice. Enjoy immediately.
