  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Can substitute Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust for spice level
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional
  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced
For the Bowl Assembly
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice (White or Brown) Or quinoa
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Cucumber Sliced
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage Shredded
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds Optional garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper. Coat with olive oil.
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and garlic to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  4. Cook rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
  5. Assemble the bowl with a base of rice, topped with chicken, carrots, cucumber, cabbage, and green onions.
  6. Drizzle Bang Bang sauce over the assembled ingredients and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
