Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together unsalted butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries and any optional add-ins.
- Drop rounded portions of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges turn golden and centers look set.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
