Preparation Steps
  1. Place the eggs in a medium saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit for 12 minutes. Cool under cold running water.
  2. Peel and slice the eggs in half, scoop out yolks, and mash with mayonnaise, mustard, and hot sauce. Add remaining spices and chill.
  3. Pat shrimp dry, toss in spice mix, and sear in olive oil for about 2 minutes on each side until cooked.
