  • 2 medium Peaches/Nectarines Choose ripe, seasonal fruit.
  • 1 cup Strawberries Hull and slice.
  • 1 cup Raspberries Fresh.
For the Drink Base
  • 1 bottle Moscato Wine Sweet wine.
  • ½ cup Triple Sec or Chambord Optional.
  • 1 cup Peach or Pineapple Juice Adjust for sweetness.
For the Fizz
  • 2 cups Ginger Ale, Soda Water, or Ginger Beer

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly under cool running water. Pat them dry with a clean towel. Hull and slice the strawberries. Cut peaches into small pieces.
  2. In a large pitcher, layer the prepared fruits: sliced peaches, strawberries, and raspberries.
  3. Pour in the chilled Moscato wine, then add the triple sec or Chambord, followed by the peach or pineapple juice. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, overnight is preferable for better flavor melding.
  5. Serve by filling wine glasses three-quarters full with sangria and top with ginger ale, soda water, or ginger beer.
