Method
 

Preparation
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the manicotti shells and cook until al dente, about 6–8 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. Combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Blend until creamy and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté minced garlic and diced onion until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Pour in marinara sauce with Italian seasoning and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill each manicotti shell with the ricotta mixture using a piping bag or spoon. Place them in a greased baking dish and cover with meat sauce.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil in the last 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
