  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Can use lower-fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Consider Greek yogurt or low-fat mayo
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce can be used in a pinch
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Vinegar works in small amounts if lemon isn't available
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt Fresh minced garlic mixed with salt can be an alternative

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) while you prepare the ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab meat, half of the mozzarella and Colby jack cheese, diced celery, sour cream, and the white parts of green onions. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and garlic salt; stir well until mixed.
  3. Spoon the crab mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Colby jack cheeses on top of the casserole.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Allow the casserole to rest for a few minutes, then garnish with green onion tops before serving warm.
