- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) while you prepare the ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab meat, half of the mozzarella and Colby jack cheese, diced celery, sour cream, and the white parts of green onions. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and garlic salt; stir well until mixed.
- Spoon the crab mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Colby jack cheeses on top of the casserole.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
