  4. Pour filling over cooled crust and bake for 15–17 minutes until edges set and center jiggles slightly.
  5. Cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  6. Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Spread over chilled bars, cut into squares and serve.
