Method
 

Instructions
  1. Crush 1 ½ cups of graham crackers until fine crumbs form. Melt ½ cup of butter and mix it with the crumbs, then press into the bottom of an 8" springform pan and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat 16 ounces of softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 cup of whipped cream, mixing until fluffy.
  3. Add ¼ cup of lavender syrup and a few drops of purple food coloring, mixing for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crust, smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
  5. Remove from the pan, garnish with whipped cream and lavender sprigs, slice, and serve.
