Preparation Steps
- In a food processor, add large-diced roasted red peppers, feta cheese cut into large chunks, Greek yogurt, and granulated sugar. Blend for about 10–15 seconds until roughly combined.
- With the food processor running on low speed, slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil. Continue blending for about 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the dip to a mixing bowl. Stir in red pepper flakes to taste for added heat.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to enhance the flavors and thicken.
- Serve in a bowl with fresh veggies, pita bread, or crackers for dipping.
