  2. Prepare the spinach: heat olive oil in a skillet, add spinach, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Make the white sauce: squeeze roasted garlic into a bowl, mash, mix in ricotta, half of the mozzarella, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Assemble the pizza: spread the garlic-ricotta mixture on the crust, add sautéed spinach, remaining mozzarella, and feta.
