Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Coat each onion by dipping in flour, then egg, and back into flour.
  4. Chill the coated onions in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C); arrange chilled onions in a single layer and spray with oil.
  6. Air fry for 3 minutes, shake basket, spray with oil, then air fry for an additional 3 minutes.
