Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Heat tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. On each tortilla, place 2-3 tablespoons of filling and roll tightly, seam-side down.
  5. Lightly brush or spray the taquitos with oil and place on the lined baking sheet.
