Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, dried thyme, paprika, and onion flakes.
  3. Pour in the olive oil, water, and tomato puree, then mix until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough onto a floured work surface and roll it to approximately ⅙ inch thick.
  5. Cut out circles using a 1-inch cookie cutter, gathering leftover dough to cut out more crackers.
  6. Place the cut circles on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.
  7. Turn off the oven but leave the crackers inside for an additional 3-4 minutes to enhance crunchiness.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the sheet for about 15 minutes before serving.
