Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Add the olive oil, water, and tomato puree to the dry mix. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about a minute until less sticky.
  5. Roll the dough out to about ⅙ inch (4mm) thick on a floured surface.
  6. Cut out circles using a 1-inch cookie cutter, re-rolling any leftover dough as needed.
  7. Arrange the cutouts on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  8. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
  9. Turn off the oven, leave the crackers inside for an additional 3-4 minutes to crisp up further.
  10. Transfer the crackers to a cooling rack and let cool for about 15 minutes.
