- In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, chopped dill or parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir vigorously until blended and creamy.
- Lay out wraps on a clean surface. Spread a generous scoop of cottage cheese mixture evenly across each wrap, leaving about 1 inch from edges.
- Slice cucumber and any optional vegetables, placing them along the center of each wrap.
- Roll each wrap tightly from the edge closest to you, folding in the sides as you go to encase the filling securely.
- Using a sharp knife, slice each rolled wrap in half diagonally for presentation. Serve immediately or wrap tightly for storage.
