  • 1 cup Flour all-purpose
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
Biscoff Swirl
  • 1 cup Crushed Biscoff Cookies
  • 1/2 cup Cookie Butter can substitute with peanut butter

Method
 

Baking Steps
  1. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a heatproof bowl until smooth.
  2. Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla until pale and fluffy.
  3. Fold the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the egg mixture.
  4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; stir gently to combine.
  5. Fold in the crushed Biscoff cookies.
  6. Prepare a square baking pan lined with parchment paper and pour in the batter.
  7. Dollop cookie butter over the batter and swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
