Instructions
- Prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan lined with foil or parchment, sprayed with cooking spray.
- Melt the fudge mixture in a double boiler over medium heat, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Stir in marshmallows until slightly melted after removing from heat.
- Add vanilla extract, mix well, and pour into prepared pan.
- Press remaining marshmallows into the fudge surface.
- Chill covered for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Melt chocolate and butter, drizzle over fudge.
- Lift fudge from the pan, cut into squares, and optionally sprinkle with crushed peppermint.
