Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 pound Ground Beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Use kosher or sea salt for best results.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Fresh ground pepper offers a stronger flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used for more potent flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Fresh onions can be substituted.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Other cheese varieties like Monterey Jack can work.
For the Dough
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Homemade dough may be substituted.
For the Topping
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted) Margarine can be used as a substitute.
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Garlic powder can substitute if necessary.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Pecorino can be used as an alternative.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Any herb, like chives, can replace it.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess fat.
  3. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef. Stir for 1-2 minutes. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Roll out each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface.
  5. Place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough around the filling and seal edges tightly.
  6. Combine melted butter and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the tops of each bomb.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each bomb.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let cool and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
