- Begin by cooking the medium pasta shells according to package directions (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with minced garlic, salt, and pepper over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the drained pasta, tomato soup, and water, and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
