Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Gather and measure your ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose gluten-free flour, baking powder, unflavored protein powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until evenly distributed.
  3. Add the plain unsweetened Greek yogurt to the dry mixture and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, roughly 30 grams each. Shape each piece into a small ball.
  5. Flatten each dough ball, place about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in the center, and encase it by folding the edges over. Roll into a smooth ball.
  6. Lightly brush the tops of the bagel bites with the beaten egg and sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
  7. Arrange the bagel bites in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spaced apart for air circulation.
  8. Air fry the bagel bites for 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
  9. Remove the bagel bites from the air fryer and let them cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
