  • 2 clove Garlic, minced fresh is best
  • 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup/agave for vegan
  • 2 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, minced or chives

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a sheet pan.
  2. Arrange sliced sausage, diced sweet potatoes, and broccoli florets on the sheet pan.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  4. Mix honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper into the saucepan and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Coat the sausage and vegetables with the honey garlic glaze.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway.
  7. Let it rest, then garnish with parsley before serving.
