- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients.
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the lasagna noodles for 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook until pink (3-4 minutes). Stir in crab, salt, pepper, and chili flakes, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the Parmesan, a cup of mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Layer noodles, half of the cheese mixture, half of the sautéed shrimp and crab, and more Alfredo sauce. Repeat, ending with noodles and Alfredo on top.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, then add breadcrumbs. Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving, then garnish with parsley.
