Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients.
  2. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the lasagna noodles for 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, then add shrimp and cook until pink (3-4 minutes). Stir in crab, salt, pepper, and chili flakes, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the Parmesan, a cup of mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
  5. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Layer noodles, half of the cheese mixture, half of the sautéed shrimp and crab, and more Alfredo sauce. Repeat, ending with noodles and Alfredo on top.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, then add breadcrumbs. Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving, then garnish with parsley.
