Preparing the Drink
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them in half. Blend with pineapple juice until smooth.
- In a cleaned blender, combine fresh pineapple, ice cubes, coconut milk, and pineapple juice. Blend until creamy.
- Pour strawberry base into a tall glass until 25% full, then layer the coconut mixture on top.
- Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a whole strawberry on the rim.
