  2. In a baking dish, pour in a can of coconut milk, then add 1/4 cup of hot water. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in the red curry paste, Soyaki sauce, and minced garlic, whisking until well combined.
  4. Chop up 2-3 cups of chosen veggies, like kale, mushrooms, and red peppers. Stir them into the sauce.
  5. Gently place frozen vegetable dumplings on top of the sauce, spoon some sauce over them.
  6. Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove foil, let cool briefly, and garnish with cilantro, green onions, or chili oil before serving.
