Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare your workspace.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, ground allspice, and ground nutmeg.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth. Stir in apple butter and buttermilk.
  4. Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients and fold together until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.
