- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together 1/2 cup of softened butter, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add 1 lightly beaten large egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and mix until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients and mix on low speed until just combined.
- Scoop out rounds of dough approximately 2-3 tablespoons each and space them 2-3 inches apart on the baking sheet.

- Immediately after baking, press 9 pastel M&Ms onto each cookie to form bunny faces.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled completely, serve the cookies beautifully packed on a platter or in treat bags.
