Preparation Steps
  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin and set aside.
  2. Soften cream cheese at room temperature for 30 minutes for easy blending.
  3. Clean the silicone mooncake molds and ensure they are completely dry.
  4. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler and whisk in matcha powder until combined.
  5. Pour a thin layer of the melted matcha chocolate into the molds and freeze for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl and fold in whipped cream and crushed Oreos.
  7. Fill each mold with the creamy filling and cover with the remaining melted matcha chocolate, then freeze for 3-4 hours.
  8. Unmold the mooncakes and serve chilled, garnishing with a sprinkle of matcha or crushed Oreos if desired.
