- On a lightly floured surface, roll out your puff pastry into a rectangle, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Evenly layer slices of ham and shredded cheddar cheese across the rolled-out pastry, then sprinkle a thin layer of Dijon mustard.
- Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the pastry up into a log. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- After chilling, cut the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels and arrange them on a baking sheet.
