Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Evenly layer slices of ham and shredded cheddar cheese across the rolled-out pastry, then sprinkle a thin layer of Dijon mustard.
  4. Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the pastry up into a log. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  5. After chilling, cut the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
