For the Blueberry Glaze
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp blueberry jam Fresh blueberries can be used in a pinch.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp milk Add gradually until desired consistency is reached.

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, and cardamom.
  3. Toss blueberries with a tablespoon of the flour mixture.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients: melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and milk.
  5. Combine the wet and dry mixtures gently until just mixed.
  6. Fold in the coated blueberries.
