Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • 1/2 cup Warm Water about 110°F
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast check expiration date
  • 1 cup Whole Milk can substitute with non-dairy
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 cups All-Purpose Flour add more if needed
  • 2 large Eggs room temperature
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar can substitute with coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cinnamon
For the Frosting
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract use pure vanilla
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside. Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Allow it to foam for 7–10 minutes.
  2. Heat milk with butter, sugar, and salt until the butter melts. It should reach 120–130°F.
Mix Ingredients
  1. Combine flour, warm milk mixture, and eggs in a stand mixer. Add the activated yeast mixture and mix until combined.
  2. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms that pulls away from the bowl.
Knead Dough
  1. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  2. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for approximately 1 hour.
Shape Rolls
  1. Roll out the dough into a 15x12-inch rectangle and spread softened butter over it. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
  2. Roll tightly and slice into 15 equal pieces.
Second Rise
  1. Arrange sliced rolls in the baking dish and allow them to rise for an additional 30–45 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F for baking.
Bake
  1. Brush tops with milk if desired and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Ensure they are soft and lightly browned on top.
Prepare Frosting
  1. Beat together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until fluffy and smooth.
Frost Rolls
  1. Allow rolls to cool slightly, then generously spread frosting over warm rolls.
