Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Peel and mash 4-5 ripe kiwis in a bowl until chunky yet smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a pitcher, combine mashed kiwis with 1 cup of sugar. Stir for 2 minutes until sugar dissolves.
  3. Juice 7 lemons and add to the pitcher, straining out seeds. Stir well.
  4. Gradually add 8-10 cups of chilled water, mixing and tasting to adjust tartness.
  5. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Serve over ice, garnished with kiwi slices or a sprig of mint.
