  • 1 bottle Sparkling Wine Or use sparkling water for non-alcoholic.
For Garnishing
  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries Add to glasses for garnish.
  • 2 slices Orange Slices Use for rim garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Juice fresh oranges and lemons until you have about 2 cups of juice. Strain to remove pulp and seeds.
  2. Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, and cranberry juice in a large pitcher and stir gently.
  3. Add honey to the juice mixture, stirring until fully dissolved, adjusting sweetness to taste.
  4. Muddle cinnamon sticks and whole cloves, then add to the mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Before serving, pour in sparkling wine or sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
