- In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until smooth.
- Generously apply the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread, butter-side down, on a preheated skillet over medium-low heat, and layer half of your cheese blend on each slice.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook the sandwiches for 4–5 minutes, or until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 4–5 minutes.
