- In a large skillet, brown 1 pound of ground beef over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper and drain excess fat.
- Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant; allow mixture to cool slightly.
- Fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese once the beef mixture has cooled.
- Roll out biscuit or pizza dough on a floured surface to ¼ inch thick; cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of beef and cheese mixture in each square; gather edges and seal tightly.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter, mix in 2 minced garlic cloves and a pinch of salt; brush this garlic butter over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving warm with dipping sauces.
