Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. Combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth.
