- Boil 2 cups of water. Remove from heat and add 2 black tea bags. Steep for about 10 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, combine 2 cups of diced mango and 2 cups of water. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then mash into a smooth puree.
- Strain the mango mixture through a fine mesh sieve into the pitcher with the brewed tea, pressing down on the pulp to extract juice.
- Add honey to the mixture, stirring well to dissolve for added sweetness.
- Allow the tea to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mango slices.
