  1. Gather all your ingredients and equipment, including a pot for boiling pasta, a skillet, measuring cups, and a cutting board.
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then sauté for 6-8 minutes.
