  • ¼ cup Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil can use light sesame-infused oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger or fresh ginger
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds reserve half for garnish
For the Tuna
  • 2 steaks Tuna Steaks ensure high-quality and fresh
For Garnishing
  • 1 stalk Green Onion minced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients until well blended.
  2. Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove tuna from the marinade, coat with the remaining sesame seeds.
  5. Grill the tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side to achieve medium-rare doneness.
  6. Remove tuna steaks from the grill, drizzle with reserved marinade, and garnish with minced green onions and sesame seeds.
