Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Balsamic Onion & Goat’s Cheese Pasta Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and gather your ingredients.
  2. Cook salted water in a large pot and add pasta. Cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Add balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer caramelized onions to the bowl with cooked pasta. Add crumbled goat's cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Gently combine.
  5. Pour pasta mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Pair with salad or garlic bread.
