  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust based on heat preference
  • 1 tbsp honey maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into 1-inch cubes and patting dry.
  2. Marinate the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Assemble the skewers by soaking wooden skewers and threading chicken pieces.
  4. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth.
  5. Cook the skewers on a preheated grill for about 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
  6. Brush the cooked skewers with Bang Bang sauce and garnish before serving.
