- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel and slice the apples into 1/4-inch thick pieces, toss in lemon juice, and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Drain the apple slices, pat dry, and coat with the dry mixture.
