  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract high-quality vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt to balance sweetness

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat a tart pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the baking chocolate, butter, and coffee (or water) in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Let the chocolate mixture cool, then stir in cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla, salt, and flour until just combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in caramel sauce, egg, and vanilla until fully combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the tart pan, reserving ¼ cup for swirling. Spread the cream cheese layer over the brownie batter.
  6. Dollop reserved brownie batter on top of the cream cheese layer and swirl gently with a skewer or knife.
  7. Bake for 22-28 minutes until set with a slight puff and a gentle jiggle in the center. Avoid overbaking.
  8. Allow it to cool to room temperature before serving. Enjoy warm with whipped cream or chilled with fresh berries.
