Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt.
  3. Gently fold shredded chicken into the cheese mixture until incorporated.
  4. Warm tortillas in a microwave to prevent tearing.
  5. Spoon filling onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. In a saucepan, whisk together sour cream, chicken broth, flour, and optional chili powder; cook until thickened.
  7. Pour the sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
