Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Cut mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Fill each half with the beef mixture.
  4. Arrange stuffed peppers on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until softened and beef is cooked.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of each pepper and return to the oven for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Let cool for a minute, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.
