Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season 2 pounds of beef chuck chunks with freshly ground black pepper and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 cups of beef broth, 1 cup of soy sauce, and ¼ cup of brown sugar.
  3. Transfer the seasoned beef into the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
  5. About 15-20 minutes before serving, boil 1 pound of noodles according to package instructions.
  6. Stir the cooked noodles into the slow cooker once the beef is tender.
  7. Serve in bowls garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
