Cooking Steps
  1. Marinate the chicken with gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and additional spices in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Steam the bao buns in a lined steamer basket for 8-10 minutes until fluffy and heated through.
  4. Assemble the buns by filling each with crispy chicken and topping with pickled vegetables.
